A: No. Blueprint Elite Realty does not charge monthly or annual brokerage fees of any kind — no desk fees, no franchise fees, no technology fees.
We believe that agents should not have to pay fees merely for ‘existing’, and that any fees agents pay should be associated with closed transactions only.

What truly sets our cap structure apart is our static, calendar-year reset believed to be the first of its kind nationwide.
Agents transferring from another firm will receive a 10% cap reduction in their first year.
Agents who close 15 or more transactions in a calendar year will receive a 10% cap reduction the following year.
